1. Mom Cozy Pregnancy Pillow
I seriously COULD NOT have survived without my pregnancy pillow. And after the baby came, we still used it as a prop to help her with supported sitting! 2. Yoga Ball
I used this yoga ball every day in my third trimester. Then I used it during labor. And then I used it every day after my baby was born… she didn’t like to rock, only bounce! Man! Did this thing get some good use. This might be the best $30 I ever spent.
3. Pregnancy Shirts
I was due in the Arizona summer heat, so I pretty much wore as little as possible as often as possible. But, these maternity shirts were a staple pregnancy product for me when I had to leave the house.

4. Red Raspberry Leaf Tea
Have a conversation with your provider FIRST, but I swear by this red raspberry leaf tea during and after pregnancy. It’s like a superhero for your uterus -it helps tone and strengthens those uterine muscles in preparation for labor. Plus, it’s packed with vitamins and minerals that are fantastic for your overall health. Definitely consider getting yourself some pregnancy tea. 5. 1 Gallon Water Bottle
Staying hydrated during pregnancy is super important, mama! The general recommendation is to aim for about 8 to 12 cups (64 to 96 ounces) of water per day. However, keep in mind that every pregnancy is unique, and your water needs may vary based on factors like activity level, weather, and overall health. Listen to your body’s thirst cues and make sure to drink enough water to stay properly hydrated. I am convinced it was one of the contributing factors to eliminating swelling, constipation, and cramping throughout my pregnancy making this water bottle one of my favorite pregnancy products. Plus, water is great for your pregnant skin!!
6. Body Merry Stretch Mark Cream
There may not be a stretch mark cream that completely gets rid of or prevents stretch marks (be wary of creams making this claim), but there is definitely a benefit to making sure your growing belly skin stays hydrated and nourished! Stretch mark creams are specifically designed to moisturize and nourish your skin, helping to improve its elasticity and reduce the appearance of stretch marks. I just LOVED the Body Merry Stretch Mark Cream which is why it made my pregnancy essentials list! Be sure to read our article for tips on some other great pregnancy skincare products and tips!
7. Nursing & Pumping Bra
Find yourself a bra to double-dip with – a pumping and nursing bra in one! One with no underwire for comfort during pregnancy, and one that also allows easy access to the girls if you’re going to be nursing or pumping once the baby is born.
8. Pink Stork Morning Sickness Drops
If you’re lucky enough to avoid morning sickness, skip this one! But for those of us who have to endure the nausea, these are definitely one of those pregnancy essentials. And as crazy as it sounds, a little exercise helps with nausea too! Be sure to check out our article on Natural Remedies for Pregnancy Symptoms!

9. Organic Pregnancy Protein Powder
Protein is SO important during your pregnancy. Especially to keep your bag of waters intact as long as possible which helps with a less-painful labor. This plant-based protein is clean and delicious.
10. Epsom Salt
Be careful with temperatures and check in with your provider if you have any concerns or are high-risk, but a nice soak in a warm tub does the pregnant body good. The magnesium in Epsom salt can ease muscle aches and pains, reduce swelling, improve pregnancy sleep, promote relaxation, and help with leg cramps! I added this lavender Epsom salt to ease aches and cramps!
